Description : The National Archives of the Philippines, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure the following item/s. (listed below).
Quantity Unit Description
1 Lot Supply and Delivery of Drinking Water for CY 2025 (February 2025 to December 2025)
Specifications:
3,520 containers for eleven (11) months or 80 containers per week
Inclusion:
a. Free use of containers
b. Free use of hot and cold water dispensers: 18 units
c. Free servicing and cleaning of water dispensers for every three (3) months
d. Each container must be wrapped in a biodegradable plastic bag
e. The service provider must submit water test result regularly
f. Immediate replacement of hot and cold dispenser, if needed
Quantity and Delivery:
- Delivery: every Tuesday and Wednesday
- 320 containers/month
- 80 containers/week
- 1 container = 5 gallons
The procurement will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
