A. Preparation Phase
- The NAP-s current operations, performance and strategic direction
- Assess the external and internal factors impacting the National Archives of the Philippines
- Identify key stakeholders and engage them in the planning process
B. Planning Phase
- Create a comprehensive strategic plan, including vision, mission, goals, objectives, strategies and action plan
- Facilitate a strategic planning workshop; engage NAP personnel in a participatory process to develop and refine the strategic plan
