Project: SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FOR MUNICIPAL BROADCAST SYSTEM

1. The Municipality of Torrijos, through the GENERAL FUND - Supplemental Budget No. 3 intends to negotiate, as authorized by the Head of the Procuring Entity, the Procurement of SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FOR MUNICIPAL BROADCAST SYSTEM, with an Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) of NINE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY PESOS ONLY (Php 901,290.00).

2. The procurement of the project will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings, an Alternative Method of Procurement, in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
