Description : 1. The DENR Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office Pampanga (PENRO Pampanga) located in Barangay San Antonio, Guagua, Pampanga intends to procure the Rehabilitation of Bulacus Boardwalk in Masantol, Pampanga (Phase 3) under the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Pesos (₱1,000,000.00)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: REHABILITATION OF BULACUS BOARDWALK IN MASANTOL, PAMPANGA WITH AN ABC
OF ₱1,000,000.00

2. The PENRO Pampanga Provincial Bids and Award Committee (PBAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable contractors for the said project. Completion of the Works is required to be within Thirty (30) days upon the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.

3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Small Value Procurement pursuant to Rule IV, Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
