units of Humidity Climatic Chambers

Calibration Method: At least 1 hour stable state will be measured at different set values of temperature
and relative humidity. The temperature/humidity of
the given test point/s will be recorded at 1 minute interval for 30 minutes after stabilization.
Measurements will be performed with 9 resistance thermometers w/ humidity sensors. All sensors were
calibrated based on the temperature scale ITS-90.
Temperature and Humidity Set Points:
20°C and 10%rh; 20°C and 30%rh; 20°C and 70%rh:
20°C and 95%rh
30°C and 10%rh; 30°C and 30%rh; 30°C and 70%rh
30°C and 95%rh;
Notes:
