Description : The REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Pesos (P 20,580.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Catering services to be served during the conduct of the Agritalk 2 Easy Learning Videos in Misamis Oriental on October 6-10, 2025 and other ISS related activities.

The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR.
