Description : The REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (₱54,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Transportation Services to ferry ATI Staff, participants and Resource Persons during the conduct of various trainings under Rice Program for the 1st Quarter of CY 2025
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR. The procuring entity shall draw up a list of at least three (3) suppliers, contractors, or consultants of known qualifications which will be invited to submit proposals, in the case of goods and infrastructure projects, or curriculum vitae, in the case of consulting services.
