PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE: To be used for virtual meetings and/or events hosted by the Office of the Undersecretary for
TRCRG

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
a. With unlimited meetings for up to 30 hours per meeting
b. Has 5 GB of cloud recording storage
c. Inclusive of automated captions
d. Is able to accommodate 100 attendees per meeting
e. Includes 3 editable boards with 25MB of cloud storage
f. Has chats and channels for collaboration, file sharing, and more
g. Subscription starts at July 28, 2023
h. Subscription should be 1 year/12 months
i. Must be registered under the Gmail account of the office: outrcrg.ust@gmail.com

PROPOSAL/QUOTATION MUST BE:
a. Inclusive of VAT and other government taxes
b. Must agree to Government Procurement and Send Bill Arrangement
