- General check-up of genset unit
- Check genset logbook record, if available
- Check engine oil level and coolant level
- Check control panel wirings for loose connections
- Start and run unit for 5 minutes without load and observe and record parameters
- Check for oil and coolant leaks
- Clean air filter
- Drain engine oil
- Replace fuel filter
- Refill new engine oil
- Check radiator coolant and oil level
- Clean genset and surrounding
- Start and run genset unit to check for voltage and frequency levels, adjust if necessary
