  Description : The PNPTI Bids and Awards Committee intends to procure Military, Police and Traffic Supplies Expenses for March 2026 for the Philippine National Police Training Institute Headquarters and its Training Centers with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos (PhP462,677.00) through Small Value Procurement (SVP) pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
  Please submit your duly signed Quotation Form, including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A), together with the following documents on or before 5:00 PM of February 23, 2026:
  
  a. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
  b. Mayor-s/Business Permit; and
  c.
