Description : The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration thru the MIMAROPA Regional Welfare Office is in need of procurement of Meals and Stage Decorations, Preparations of said Decorations and Entertainment for an upcoming activity in SAN JOSE, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, As such, may we request for quotation for the following:

Event Support Staff Meals
Beef tapsilog with coffee or choco (Breakfast) for 50 pax at 6:00 am
Pasta, Burger with softdrink (AM Snack) for 50 pax at 8:30 am
1 PC chicken with rice, peach mango pie and bottled water (Lunch) for 50 pax at 10:30 am

OFW Participants Meals
Burger with bottled water (AM Snack) for 450 pax at 8:30 am
1 PC chicken with rice, peach mango pie and bottled water (Lunch) for 450 pax at 10:30 am

Venue Design & Entertainment
Pre & Post Event Venue Clean UP.;
