Description : The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration thru the MIMAROPA Regional Welfare Office is in need of Supply and Delivery of Catering Services for an upcoming INFORMATION CARAVAN ON REINTEGRATION in BANSUD, ORIENTAL MINDORO, on SEPTEMBER 12, 2025. As such, may we request for quotation for the following:

A) SEPTEMBER 12, 2025
AM Snack and Drinks with Spoon & fork (if necessary) for 100 pax

Lunch and Drinks with utensils for 100 pax

PM Snack and Drinks with Spoon & fork (if necessary) for 100 pax

Meals shall be uniformly packaged and standardized to ensure safety and quality standards during the event.

B) Meals must be prepared on SEPTEMBER 12, 2025.

C) Approved Budget for the Contract - Php 65,000.00

D) Mode of Payment: Cheque Payment upon receipt of billing.
