* one closed van truck with at least four (4) tons cargo capacity

* Contract period: May 7-9, 2025 and May 13-16, 2025
Price shall include appropriate taxes.
Terms and Conditions :
* The truck is in good running condition with complete accessories and other equipment such as rope, push cart or other carrying devices that may be necessary in hauling services.
* Must follow schedule of hauling service except when due to fortuitous events and shall notify the Office of the Ombudsman one (1) hour of such event in case no alternative remedies are available.
*Provide the necessary and sufficient number of personnel who will carry the Office of the Ombudsman's equipment and shall also submit the list of names of personnel/drivers who will perform the hauling services.
*Perform the hauling service in an orderly manner and in accordance will all existing government regulations, traffic rules and regulations and house rules of the Mangroves Building (new site) and with the Transfer Plan/Lay out Plan.
