Description : The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration thru the MIMAROPA Regional Welfare Office is in need of One Lot of refueling of the OWWA RWO IV-B Official Vehicle for the Whole Annual Year. As such, may we request for quotation for the following:

Official Vehicle: White Toyota Hi-Ace Van
Conduction Sticker: AU1151 A
Fuel Type: Diesel
Maximum Tank Capacity: 70 liters
Amount of Fuel to be loaded: To be Determined upon reloading and as indicated by the Purchase Order for the whole year

**** Quotation must include Delivery to our Office located at 8th Floor, Marc 2000 Tower, 1973 San Andres St, Malate, Manila, 1004 Metro Manila.

***** Approved Budget for the Contract - Php 264,000.00

****** Mode of Payment: Cheque Payment upon receipt of billing after Delivery.
