REPAIR AND COMMISIONING OF TRANE CHILLER
MACHINE FLOW SWITCH AND ADDITIONAL
RECHARGING OF REFRIGIRANT IN PAGASA DATA CENTER.
Scope of Work:
1. Supply, deliver and replace defective water flow switch of Trane chiller machine
2. Commission and test chiller machine
3. Recharge the refrigerant to the appropriate level based
on the chiller manufacturer's specifications
4. Verify proper system pressure and temperature readings after refrigerant charging.
5. Submit a commissioning report indicating test results,
observations, and compliance with technical requirements
Warranty:
1. The contractor shall provide a minimum warranty of six (6)
months from the date of acceptance and completion.
2. The warranty shall cover parts, labor, and workmanship for the installed flow switch and related components.
General Notes:
1. Delivered items shall be new, genuine, and free from
defects.
