PARTIAL BUILDING REPAINTING OF MAHARLIKA LIVELIHOOD COMPLEX, BAGUIO CITY
- facing Abanao Street (Sunshine Supermarket) & Zandueta Street, approx. total of 465 SQM
SCOPE OF WORK
To supply, perform all materials, labor, supervision, equipment and other services/ supplies necessary to execute and complete the Repainting works in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents as provided by The Maharlika Livelihood Complex Management.
The Scope of the Work can be described to include, among others, the following:
1. Mobilization and demobilization of all materials and equipment necessary to proceed with the repainting work;
2. Erection of Galvanized Iron Pipe scaffold system and installation of necessary hoarding and safety nets for the protection of the public;
3. Sanding and scraping of all dilapidated paints in accordance with the areas specified on the plans provided;
4. Application of solvent-based primer to all walls in accordance with the areas specified on the plans provided;
5. Application of final coating in accordance with the colors recommended by the MLC management;
