3. Provision of drinking water and dispenser for the participants
4. Free use of venue (within Catbalogan City) that can accommodate at least 400 persons, including other
amenities (i.e., projector screen, sound system with microphones, registration table) for the duration of the
activity (8:00 am to 4:00 pm)
