PROGRAM GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

1. User friendly interface that doesn't require advanced training, support or documentation.
2. Automation for eliminating manual processes of business functions related to concessionaire's queuing management.
3. Queue must be capable to connect in a display screen in a visually clear and organized design.
4. Display must have a potion for Wao WD posted information.
5. The system shall be connected to a computer tablet located in the frontline which can be accessed for concessionaire's queuing.
6. Computer based application shall be installed in the frontline and cashier area.
7. Feedback mechanism must be integrated in the system.
