The Asian Development Bank (ADB) wishes to receive bids for a Service Provider for Staff Survey Solutions. The planned Staff Survey Solutions will establish a holistic approach to managing and administering staff surveys focused around the staff lifecycle in ADB (attracting talent, recruitment,onboarding, development, engagement, departure). A more established listening strategy will enable the project team to gather feedback and perceptions across various areas in the workplace using one survey platform and the expert services of an external survey provider. Utilizing a single platformfor HR-administered surveys will streamline the process of conducting thematic, pulse, and engagement surveys.
