Procurement of Consultancy and Accounting Services to Conduct Reconciliation of Recorded Financial Receivables and Accruals
LBP Resources and Development Corporation invites all eligible and PhilGEPS-registered consultants / service providers to quote the best offer for the following described herein subject to the Terms and Conditions and within the Approved Budget for the Contract.

1. To Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the amount in the LBRDC-s Financial Statement
2. Identify and address discrepancies to recover in the recorded amount the financial ledger and actual transaction
3. Improve cash flow management - timely collection of outstanding payments from customer
4. Facilitate decision making to have reliable accounts receivable data
5. Provide valuable insights into customer payment trends, creditworthiness and collection efforts and debt management
