Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF LIPA

The Lipa City Government through the CY 2026 Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos only (P2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Training and Consultancy on Quality Management System for the City Government of Lipa Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

1. The Lipa City Government now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Training and Consultancy on Quality Management System. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before December 16, 2025, 9:00AM at Conference Room, City Mayor's Office, 2nd Floor, New City Hall Building, Marawoy, Lipa City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
