1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply
the sum of ₱ 10,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Feasibility Study
of Two Intermunicipal Bulk Water Supply and Distribution Systems. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management Unit,
now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for Consulting Services for the
Feasibility Study of Two Intermunicipal Bulk Water Supply and Distribution Systems.
