1. The Department of Agrarian Reform, under the NEP of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Pesos and 79/100 (PhP1,020,909.79) for Module No. 01-SOR-26 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The Department of Agrarian Reform now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Land Subdivision Survey of Module No. 01-SOR-26. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before December 5, 2025, 2:30 p.m. at the address below. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
