The Philippine National Police (PNP), through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP3,445,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Other Professional Services (Procurement of Services of a Certification Body (CB) for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Certification of 18 PNP Offices/Units) under Public Bidding No. 2LSSM2025A-419. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
