1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Revenue Region No. 4, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION PESOS (Php10,000,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following:
