Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE IMPACT ASSESSMENT OF PHILIPPINE CLIMATE HAZARD TOOL KIT FOR THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS
1. The Change Commission-Climate Change Office (CCC-CCO), through the General Appropriation Act of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Consulting Services for the Impact Assessment of Philippine Climate Hazard Tool Kit for the Local Government Units” (ITB No. 2025-003). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Change Commission-Climate Change Office (CCC-CCO) now calls for the submission of an Expression of Interest together with the eligibility documents for the Consulting Services for the Impact Assessment of Philippine Climate Hazard Tool Kit for the Local Government Units.
