Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE FORMULATION OF LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN OF THE CITY OF CAUAYAN, ISABELA

1. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through the 2025 LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P5,500,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the Formulation of Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan of the City of Cauayan, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for hiring of consulting services. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before August 19, 2025, 1:00p.m at Mayor-s Office Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Cauayan City Hall, Cauayan City, Isabela.
