REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY STUDY (TFS) AND DETAILED BIOENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMETAL DESIGN (DBECCAD-PROGRAM OF WORKS) OF THE PROPOSED PEOPLES SURVIVAL FUND PROJECT

1. The LGU of Rosario through funds from the Department of Finance - Peoples Survival Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (₱2,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the Preparation of Technical Feasibility Study (TFS), Detailed Bioengineering, Environmental and Climate Change Adaptation Design (DBECCAD-Program of Works) of the Proposed Peoples Survival Fund Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
