ESTABLISHED IN CY 2011,2012,2013 AND 2016
1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources- Provincial Environment and
Natural Resources Office Batangas (DENR-PENRO Batangas), intends to apply the sum of
Three Million Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php3,312,000.00) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF THIRD-PARTY INVENTORY
AND ASSESSMENT OF GRADUATED NGP PLANTATION SITES ESTABLISHED
CY 2011, 2012, 2013 AND 2016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
