  REPUBLICATION OF INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF PETROLEUM FUEL, OIL, AND LUBRICANT (POL) PRODUCTS FOR DENR-PENRO DAVAO DEL NORTE FOR CY 2026
  
  1. The DENR-PENRO Davao del Norte, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP1,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Petroleum Fuel, Oil and Lubricant (POL) Products for the DENR-PENRO Davao del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The DENR-PENRO Davao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed from the HOPE.
