The Municipal Government of Banaue, through the Local Government Fund to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Six Hundred Ten pesos and Twenty-Seven Centavos only (7,961,610.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the payments under the contract for Various Infrastructure Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.
1. The Municipal Government of Banaue now invites bids for the Publication No. INF 2025-10 -Various Infrastructure Projects. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Sectiofrn II. Instruction to Bidders.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)... - Documents :
