1) The Barangay of Labrador through the BLGU 20 % ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND CY2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos (Php 455,127.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF DAY CARE CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
