INVITATION TO BID FOR Motor Vehicle Brand New SUV

1) The Provincial Government of Ifugao, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 2,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Motor Vehicle Brand New SUV. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Ifugao now invites bids for Motor Vehicle Brand New SUV. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt by the winning bidder of the Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
