1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Legazpi City, through the General Appropriation Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (3,190,280.00) for REPRODUCTION OF GRADE 5 QUARTER 3 LEARNING ACTIVITY SHEETS LOT 1, Two Million One Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos Only (2,104,437.00) for REPRODUCTION OF GRADE 8 QUARTER 3 LEARNING ACTIVITY SHEETS LOT 2, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
