Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for the implementation of National Police Clearance System (NPCS) for the Municipality of Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar.
1. The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur, through the Capital Outlay 2024 Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php150,000.00)being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for the implementation of National Police Clearance System (NPCS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Gen. Macarthur now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement. Delivery of goods is required 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
