Description : The Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), through the Approved Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Reposting of Supply and Delivery of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Accessories (PBGOODS-25-002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The PRA now invites bids for Reposting of Supply and Delivery of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Accessories using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is indicated in the schedule of requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
