BACKGROUND, PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LEGAL BASIS:
Department of Tourism Regions 1, 2, 3, and CAR will be staging the 4th North Luzon
Travel Expo (NLTE) at SM City, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan on October 3-5, 2025. This
annual event serves as a vital platform to showcase the diverse attractions, products, and
experiences of our regions while fostering stronger partnerships with key industry
stakeholders.
For this year, the event components are as follows:
1. Travel Fair - Exhibit of regional destinations, products, and tour packages.
2. Business-to-Business (B2B) - Engagement with travel trade and industry
stakeholders.
3. Business-to-Consumer (B2C) - Direct promotion and sales of tourism products to the
public.
4. Tourism Talks - Knowledge-sharing sessions highlighting trends, best practices, and
opportunities.
