1. The Municipality of Gloria, through the Trust Liabilities -Disaster Risk Reduction
and Management Fund intends to apply Four Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Nine
Hundred Pesos (Php. 432,900.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for
Repost: Supply and Delivery of Rice (Conduct of “Plastic Trash in exchange for
Rice”). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The Municipality of Gloria, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty calendar days (30 days) upon the
receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
