such bids as may consider most advantageous to the university.
3. Price validity shall be for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days
4. Quotation must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
5. Cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
6. Please submit your quotation in sealed envelope bearing the name of the procurement
project and PhilGEPS reference number, name, & address of the bidder addressed to the
BAC.
