1. The Municipality of Gloria, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1, Appropriation Ordinance No. 2-2025 under the 20% Development Fund (Municipal Engineering Office) amounting to Three Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (Php. 339,675.00) and through Annual Budget 2025 under the 20% Development Fund (Municipal Engineering Office) amounting to Two Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Five Pesos (Php. 296,695.00 ) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php. 636,370.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for REPOST: Purchase and Installation of Street Solar Lighting System in Barangay Narra and Agos. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
