Description : HVAC CONSUMABLE SUPPLIES NOT COVERED BY PS-DBM

1. The Technological University of the Philippines Manila Campus, through the FY 2023 Approved Utilization of Income under Fund 164 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 137,550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Procurement of HVAC Consumable Supplies not covered by PS-DBM Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Technological University of the Philippines Manila Campus now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) Working Days
3. The Technological University of the Philippines reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
