This Scope of Work covers the removal and replacement of unserviceable cubicle doors in the male and female comfort rooms of the Luistro Building to ensure privacy, safety, and functionality for students and staff.
2. Description of Work
The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the following:
Removal and proper disposal of existing damaged or unserviceable cubicle doors and hardware
Supply and installation of new high-quality cubicle doors (moisture-resistant, durable, and appropriate for comfort room use)
Installation of all necessary hardware, including hinges, locks, door knobs/handles, and door stoppers
