SCOPE OF WORK:

I. MOBILIZATION
*Mobilize and preparation for the implementation of the REPLACEMENT OF TOWER FACILITY CAB ROOM WINDOW GLASS PANEL (2UNITS).

II. GLASS WINDOW WORKS
*Removal of 2 units damaged glass window.
*Supply, delivery and installation of new 2 units glass windows.
*Clearing and clearing of the debris in the area.

III. SITE SAFETY
A.) The Contractor shall be required to submit to the Project in Charge a "Safety Work Plan" prior to the commencement of the work.
B.) All relevant workplace health and safety requirements are to be adhered to by the Contractor.
C.) Contractor and their employees are required to wear appropriate safety attire at all the times.
D.) The Contractor is responsible for alerting the Project-in-Charge of any potential hazards of safety risk while engaging in work on site.
