Invitation to Bid:
Replacement of Partition at CS AVR
INFRA-2025-02

1. The Bulacan State University, through the GAA FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty- Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and 13/100 (₱357,958.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Replacement of Partition at CS AVR (Infra-2025-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bulacan State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Forty-Five (45) calendar days, upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
