REPLACEMENT OF OPERABLE WALL IN INTERNATIONAL TRAINING CENTER AND DORMITORY (ITCD) FUNCTION HALL

1. The Commission on Audit (COA), through the COA General Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Nine and Twenty-Four Pesos (₱8,848,969.24) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Replacement of Operable Wall in International Training Center and Dormitory (ITCD) Function Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. COA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to the Supply and Installation of Operable Wall of Function Hall / Event-s Place preferably Government Office.
