1. The Philippine Ports Authority, PMO Northern Luzon, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites contractors duly registered with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to submit quotation/bid proposal for the hereunder project in accordance with Sec. 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the The Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act:
