Description : I. SCOPE OF WORK

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and necessary supervision and technical expertise to execute and complete the replacement of Fire Engine for Jetty and controls at the PNOC Industrial Park. The contractor shall undertake the following:

1. Mobilization of manpower, equipment, fittings, and materials needed in the project.
2. Dismantling of existing equipment, fittings, and accessories to be replaced. Recovery of dismantled unit using crane vessel or equivalent.
3. Demolition of existing concrete/civil structure and restoring it to its original form. Repair of existing concrete pedestal.
4. Supply and install one (1) set of complete Seawater Diesel Engine Vertical Turbine Pump assembly and its controller. Assembly of the pump, column pipes, head shaft and couple it to the engine.
5. Replacement of all worn-out pipings, mechanical fittings, and accessories (gate valves, check valve, expansion joint, bend, tee, reducers, pressure gauges, etc.)
6. Replacement of the existing fuel line. (pipings, fittings, and accessories)
7. Refurbish of all necessary accessories needed...
