Description : 1. General Description
The project covers the replacement of deteriorated Pre-Galvanized Iron (PGI) rain gutters and damaged ceiling eaves plywood at the Quisumbing Building. The objective is to prevent water leakage, improve structural integrity, and restore the aesthetic appearance of the building-s exterior.
2. Specifc Work Activities
A. Preliminary Works
• Conduct site inspection and documentation of existing conditions.
• Mobilization of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Removal and proper disposal of existing dilapidated PGI gutters and damaged plywood eaves.
B. PGI Gutter Replacement
