INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
REPLACEMENT OF CURRENT WORN-OUT TIRES, BRAKE PADS AND DEFECTIVE BATTERY FOR PNP HILUX PATROL CAR

1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (₱60,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR4564. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites quotation for the project: Replacement of Current Worn-out Tires, Brake Pads and Defective Battery for PNP Hilux Patrol Car with reference no. PR4535, delivery of service is required within 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
