Description : 1. The Bureau of Customs (BOC), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Eight Hundred One Pesos and Eighty-Four Centavos (PhP3,781,801.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Replacement and Installation of Metal Roofing Sheets for Bureau of Customs Buildings, 303, 307 and Parking Garage, Port of Subic”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bureau of Customs (BOC) now invites bids for “Replacement and Installation of Metal Roofing Sheets for Bureau of Customs Buildings, 303, 307 and Parking Garage, Port of Subic” The project shall be completed in ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.
